Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day foundry/manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with workers and team members across shifts.
- Ensure adherence to production, quality and safety requirements.
- Monitor manpower deployment and shift activities.
- Maintain production-related records and report operational issues to management.
- Support shop-floor discipline and operational efficiency.
- Working ConditionsWorking Hours: 10 hours per day
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Weekly Off: As per company schedule
- Compensatory Leave: 1 CL per month
- Shifts: 3 rotational shifts, rotating weekly:
- 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Accommodation: Free accommodation can be provided if required.
- Food: Candidate's responsibility.
- Early Morning Shift: Morning breakfast expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
