Job Description
- Technical Skills / Work PerformanceSetting completion within the planned time.
- Drawing study skills, including GD&T knowledge.
- Programming skills, including macro program knowledge.
- Selecting the right tool for the right operation and having fixture knowledge.
- Using the correct measuring instruments.
- Monitoring, reducing, and recording cycle time and setting time.
- Proper follow-up of machine logs and employee logs.
- Effective part handover skills to operators.
- Accurate data capturing skills, including tool life, productivity, quality, etc.
- Following up on all quality- and production-related documents.
- Independently managing production and quality issues.
- Following up on 5S and safety practices.
- Maintaining good housekeeping, including machine and department cleaning.
- Ensuring machine operations continue when the operator leaves the machine.
- Being available to work on a shift basis.
- Personal QualitiesGood attitude.
- Confidence level and team spirit.
- Following company rules and regulations.
