Human Resource Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment & selection for factory/manufacturing requirements.
• Handle joining formalities, induction & onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain attendance, leave & employee records.
• Support payroll processing, salary inputs & wage-related activities.
• Handle PF, ESI, PT & other statutory compliances.
• Maintain employee personal files, registers & HR documentation.
• Coordinate with departments for manpower planning & recruitment requirements.
• Handle employee grievances, welfare & disciplinary matters.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR records.
• Ensure compliance with Factory Act, labour laws & company HR policies.
• Support performance appraisal, training & employee engagement activities.

Preferred Candidates

• 3–6 years of experience in HR, preferably in Manufacturing / Factory environment
• Strong knowledge in Recruitment & Manpower Planning
• Hands-on experience in PF, ESI & Statutory Compliance
• Knowledge of Payroll, Attendance & HR Documentation
• Good understanding of Labour Laws & Factory Act
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Candidates residing in or around Coimbatore preferred
• Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Period preferred
