Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance is inviting applications for the position of Life Advisor / Financial Consultant. This opportunity offers complete work flexibility—available as part-time, full-time, or work-from-home—making it an ideal secondary income stream for homemakers, retired personnel, business owners, and working professionals. In this role, you will connect with individuals and families, assess their long-term financial needs, and recommend tailored life insurance and investment solutions to secure their future, all backed by professional training and continuous mentorship from company experts.

To be eligible, candidates must be between 30 and 70 years of age and have completed at least 10th standard (secondary school) or higher. Strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a willingness to learn financial concepts are essential; prior sales or insurance experience is welcomed but not mandatory. Compensation is entirely commission-driven with uncapped earnings, alongside company incentives, rewards, and performance bonuses, allowing you to scale your income based on your own schedule and efforts.

As per regulatory standards, all appointed advisors must clear the mandatory IRDAI (IC-38) certification exam to obtain an official life insurance license. The total setup and processing expense ranges between ₹1,350 and ₹2,000, covering the mandatory online pre-licensing training materials, administrative registration charges, and the government exam booking fee. Kotak Life does not charge any personal recruitment fees. Interested candidates should keep their Aadhaar card, PAN card, 10th-grade mark sheet, cancelled cheque, and a passport-size photo ready.
