Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Execution
- Schedule, monitor, and execute daily production targets based on order backlogs.
- Minimize downtime by identifying and resolving bottlenecks on the shop floor.
- Ensure high-quality manufacturing standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- ERP & Data Management
- Maintain and update accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), routing data, and inventory levels in the ERP system.
- Utilize ERP modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to track work-in-progress (WIP) and material consumption.
- Generate production performance reports, variance analyses, and material requirement plans (MRP).
- Process Improvement
- Apply Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and optimize cycle times.
- Collaborate with the design and quality assurance teams to resolve manufacturing defects (NCRs).
