Role & responsibilities

  • Communication: Clear, polite, and professional verbal skills in English and regional languages.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with banking services, interest rates, loan criteria, and digital channels.
  • Problem-Solving & Empathy: Ability to remain calm, listen actively, and de-escalate frustrated customers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort navigating multi-line phone systems, core banking software, and CRM dashboards simultaneously
