Job Description
Job Title: Restaurant Captain
Company: Covai Anganan Biryani House
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to manage daily floor operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant service staff and allocate duties.
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Monitor table arrangements and cleanliness.
- Take customer orders and ensure order accuracy.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper grooming, hygiene, and discipline among staff.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the cashier and restaurant management team.
- Support smooth restaurant operations during busy hours.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass,12th pass, hotel management.
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant service is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Leadership and team-coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
