Job Description
Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in clients, understand their budget or design preferences, and guide them through gold, diamond, gemstone, or silver collections.
Product Styling & Consulting: Educate customers on jewellery details, including karat purity, diamond cuts, certifications (e.g., BIS Hallmark, GIA), and metal weights.
Sales & Billing: Close sales effectively, calculate making charges or discounts, generate invoices, and process cash or card payments.
Inventory Control: Conduct meticulous daily opening and closing stock counts of high-value items to prevent discrepancies.
Merchandising & Display: Arrange counter displays attractively, maintain pristine cleanliness, and ensure items are safely locked away at closing.
Customer Relations (CRM): Follow up on custom designs, coordinate repair/polishing requests, and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.
