Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesField Visits – Visiting customer locations for software demonstrations, implementation, and service support.
  • Customer Communication – Communicating with customers to understand their requirements, resolve queries, and provide timely support.
  • Software Sales & Service – Handling sales and service activities for our billing software, including product demonstrations, customer follow-ups, installation, and basic troubleshooting.
