Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to drive shop and website sales through customer calls, lead follow-ups and WhatsApp communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with website, WhatsApp, Instagram and other sales enquiries.
- Convert leads into store visits and online orders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer objections and confidently close sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Highly confident and proactive personality.
- Strong sales closing and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Experience in jewellery, retail, e-commerce or tele sales is preferred.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives
We are looking for a SALES-ORIENTED candidate who can confidently communicate with customers, handle objections and convert enquiries into sales.
