ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented and highly motivated HR Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support our expanding business operations across Tamil Nadu.

The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to identify, attract and onboard qualified professionals, particularly in Banking, NBFC, Sales and Financial Services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals and recruitment networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews with department heads and management.
• Coordinate salary negotiations, offer letters and joining formalities.

2. Sales & Leadership Hiring

• Recruit Relationship Managers, Field Sales Officers, Telecallers, Branch Managers and Area Sales Managers.
• Identify experienced candidates from Banks, NBFCs, DSAs and financial services companies.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Support bulk recruitment and branch expansion requirements across Tamil Nadu.

3. Recruitment Planning & Performance

• Coordinate with management to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
• Monitor recruitment turnaround time, offer acceptance and joining conversions.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets and support workforce planning.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to minimise hiring delays.

4. HR Coordination & Onboarding

• Coordinate employee documentation, background verification and onboarding.
• Support induction and employee orientation programmes.
• Maintain recruitment records and confidential employee information.
• Coordinate with management on manpower planning and employee retention initiatives.
• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSBachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.
• 2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience hiring for Banking, NBFC, BFSI, DSA or Financial Services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Proficiency in job portals, MS Excel, recruitment trackers and HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment deadlines.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and result-oriented.
