Telecalling Executive

Vision India Insurance is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to join our team in Coimbatore.

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for contacting prospective candidates from our lead database, introducing them to the career opportunities available as an Insurance Advisor, answering their questions, and guiding interested candidates through the recruitment and joining process.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have good communication skills and are interested in telecalling.

Important: This is a full-time, office-based position. Work From Home is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates using the provided lead database.
• Explain the role, benefits, earning opportunities, and career growth available as an Insurance Advisor.
• Understand candidate requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Handle candidate questions and objections professionally.
• Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
• Convert interested candidates into successful Insurance Advisor recruits.
• Guide candidates through the documentation and joining process.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and candidate status.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team for smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Eligibility & Skills

• Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Candidates with Telecalling, BPO, Sales, Customer Service, or Recruitment experience are preferred, but freshers are also welcome.
