Job Description

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecaller Executives to call leads, explain our products or services, and convert enquiries into sales.

  • ResponsibilitiesMake 80-100 outbound calls daily to leads and customers
  • Explain products and services clearly and answer queries
  • Follow up with interested customers and close sales
  • Maintain call records and lead details in CRM or Excel
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets
  • Requirements12th pass or graduate (freshers welcome)
  • Good communication skills Tamil Compulsary [Hindi / English / Telugu / Kanada language]
  • Confident voice and a positive attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing)
  • Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
