Job Description: Star Properties & Realty is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, handling property enquiries, generating interest in our property listings, and following up with leads.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
• Explain property projects, locations, pricing, and available offers clearly.
• Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls and other communication channels.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Build good relationships with customers and provide professional assistance throughout the enquiry process.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Basic knowledge of Tamil and English.
• Ability to convince and engage potential customers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work towards targets.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, real estate, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
