Job Description
- Install, commission, and test CNC machines at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-related issues.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot CNC control systems, drives, motors, sensors, limit switches, etc.
- Carry out machine calibration, parameter setting, and machine testing.
- Understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and machine circuits.
- Coordinate with the production/design team to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain service reports and document machine problems and solutions.
- Train customers/operators on basic machine operation and maintenance.
- Travel to customer sites as required for installation and service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proper closure of service complaints.
