Customer Service Associate

About the Role We are expanding our franchise operations in Cuttack and are looking for three energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team. If you have a passion for providing excellent service in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, we want you to help us deliver the ultimate Baskin Robbins experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Greet customers, assist them with menu choices, take orders accurately, and punch them into the billing system.
• Preparation & Service: Prepare ice creams, sundaes, and beverages to exact brand standards.
• Counter Service: Issue tokens upon billing and serve the prepared orders at the counter for customer pickup.
• Hygiene & Maintenance: Maintain a spotless dining environment. Promptly clear tables, dispose of remainders, and sanitize the seating area once customers exit.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language Skills: Must be highly fluent in the local language (Odia). Good communication skills in Hindi and English are also required to interact with a diverse customer base.
• Experience: Prior experience in the food service, hospitality, or retail sector is highly preferred.
• Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills, cleanliness, and a highly collaborative team spirit.

Work Hours & Shifts This role requires working rotational shifts to ensure comprehensive store coverage:

• Morning Shift: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Mandatory Training Selected candidates must undergo a mandatory 2-week comprehensive training program in Kolkata immediately after joining to master Baskin Robbins' operational and service standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, commensurate with your experience.
• Variable Pay: Additional performance-based incentives paid out monthly and quarterly.
• Annual Bonus: A guaranteed fixed annual bonus equivalent to 15% of your annual base pay.
