Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day showroom operations and sales activities.
* Lead, train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
* Lead marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and increase sales.
* Drive conversions from walk-ins, enquiries, test rides and leads.
* Manage the customer journey from enquiry to booking and delivery.
* Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Monitor CRM/DMS, sales reports, stock and showroom performance.
* Drive sales of vehicles, accessories, finance, insurance and related products.
* Coordinate with banks, insurance partners and service teams for smooth operations.
* Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
