Job Description
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
Handle import documentation and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, CHA and shipping agents.
Prepare and verify import documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill and related documents.
Track import shipments from dispatch to delivery.
