Job Description

• Contact new customers/leads through WhatsApp & phone calls

• Follow up with new enquiries and existing customers

• Understand customer requirements and provide basic information

• Maintain customer/contact details in Excel and company records

• Prepare and send quotations/details as required

• Regularly follow up on enquiries and quotations

• Coordinate with the sales/office team

• Handle day-to-day back-office and data-entry work

• Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups
