Dispatch Executive

Job Title : Dispatch Executive 

Experince : 1 to 4 year

Working Day : 6 Days

Gender : Male

Location : Kubadthal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery as per the dispatch schedule.

* Coordinate with production, sales, accounts, warehouse teams, and transporters for smooth dispatch operations.

* Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other relevant documents.

* Verify material descriptions, quantities, and specifications against customer orders before dispatch.

* Coordinate vehicle arrangements, loading schedules, packing, and safe material handling.

* Maintain daily dispatch records, registers, and material movement details.

* Follow up with transporters and project-site teams regarding delivery status.

* Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice preparation and dispatch-related documentation.

* Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers and project sites.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports for management.

* Identify and report dispatch delays, shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the reporting manager.

Key Skills: 

* Basic knowledge of delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transportation documentation.

* Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

* Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet delivery deadlines.

* Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
