Job Description
Assistant Centre Manager
Organization: RAHI Care Dialysis Centre, DHH Dausa
Reports to: Regional Manager
Job Purpose:
To support the Centre Manager in managing daily centre operations, staff coordination,administrationand service delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day centre operations.
- Supervise staff and monitor attendance and performance.
- Maintain records, reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with Patients, visitors and stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory, Equipment, resources and centre facilities.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety and discipline.
- Handle queries, feedback and grievances.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking and compliance.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and administration.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Key Performance IndicatorsEfficient centre operations.
- Staff performance and discipline.
- Timely reporting and documentation.
- Quality of service delivery.
- Compliance with organizational policies.
