Job Title: Billing & Accounts Executive (MARG ERP)

Job Description:

Hygia Healthcare, a pharmaceutical distribution company, is looking for a skilled and responsible Billing & Accounts Executive with good knowledge of MARG ERP, accounting, and computer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and purchase billing using MARG ERP
• E-way bill and e-invoice generation
• Maintaining accounts, ledgers and reconciliations
• Stock management and inventory reporting
• Handling company emails and vendor correspondence
• MS Excel, Word, PDF and documentation work
• GST-related billing and basic accounting
• Managing purchase returns, credit notes and debit notes
• Handling day-to-day technical and computer-related tasks

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Good working knowledge of MARG ERP
• Basic accounting and GST knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
• Good computer and technical skills
• Pharma distribution experience will be preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 (depending on skills and experience)
