Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and market our agrochemical products, develop our dealer/distributor network, and increase sales within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agrochemical dealers, distributors, retailers, farmers, and agricultural professionals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and collection targets for the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and market opportunities.
Promote company products through farmer meetings, field visits, product demonstrations, crop visits, and farmer awareness programs.
Explain product features, recommended usage, benefits, and application practices to dealers and farmers in accordance with approved product labels and applicable regulations.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.
