Job Summary

Manyavar Mohey is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail store at GMS Road, Dehradun. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in fabric sales, along with excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a strong customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their preferences, occasions, and budget.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, colours, patterns, fits, and garment styles.
• Explain fabric quality, features, suitability, and care instructions to customers.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, including latest collections, sizes, offers, and styles.
• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
• Support product display, visual merchandising, stock arrangement, and store housekeeping.
• Assist customers during trials, alterations, billing, and order-related processes.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain proper presentation of the sales floor and merchandise.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory: Prior experience in fabric sales is required.
• Experience in textile, apparel, ethnic wear, fashion retail, or fabric showroom sales will be preferred.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of different types of fabrics and their characteristics.
• Good Hindi communication skills; basic English communication preferred.
• Strong customer-handling, communication, and selling skills.
• Confident, presentable, target-oriented, and enthusiastic.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics/products.
• Willingness to work in a retail environment, including weekends and holidays as per the store roster.
