Job Description
- Manage end-to-end order processing for incoming client requests.
- Generate proforma invoices and official commercial quotations for prospective clients.
- Process sales invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and track day-to-day transactions.
- Perform comprehensive accounts reconciliation every Saturday without exception.
- Visit local banks weekly to manage deposits, check drop-offs, and other in-person banking needs.
- Conduct weekly stock management, inventory counts, and audits.
- Perform data entry into internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Follow up on outstanding customer balances and control credit.
- Handle supplier queries regarding payments and invoice discrepancies.
- Process employee expense claims and manage petty cash.
- Assist senior staff with month-end closing and audit preparations.
- Maintain organized physical and digital financial filing systems.
- Can file monthly GST and TDS filing compliances.
