Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments, etc.).
  • Maintain records of accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements, GST returns, and TDS compliance.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, ERP).
  • Support senior accountants/auditors during financial audits.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management.
  • Maintain and organize vouchers, invoices, and other supporting documents.
  • Any other accounting and administrative work as required.
