Job Description
Prepare customer invoices and bills.
Enter daily sales and purchase transactions.
Handle purchase orders and purchase invoices.
Maintain purchase and sales records.
Check bills, invoices, quantities, and prices.
Maintain cash and bank entries.
Record expenses and payments.
Follow up on customer outstanding payments.
Maintain vendor/supplier accounts.
Prepare basic daily and monthly accounting reports.
Maintain stock-related purchase and sales records.
Perform other general accounting and office duties as required.
