Job Description
- Promote and encourage customers to download the RGMF App.
- Assist customers in registering and onboarding themselves on the RGMF platform.
- Educate customers about Mutual Fund SIPs and encourage them to start SIP investments according to their financial goals and risk profile.
- Promote RGMF’s financial products and investment solutions through customer interactions and marketing activities.
- Generate new leads and convert potential customers into active users and investors.
- Explain product features, benefits, processes, and applicable terms clearly to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to support onboarding and investment-related activities.
- Achieve assigned targets for app downloads, customer onboarding, SIP registrations, and financial product promotion.
- Follow all applicable company policies and regulatory requirements while promoting financial products.
