Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day Amazon seller/vendor accounts and ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, Buy Box, promotions, and overall account health.
  • Analyze Amazon sales data, traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance, and customer trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, finance, catalog, and customer service.
  • Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Identify opportunities for new products, promotions, and business growth.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients or senior management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, Amazon teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on Amazon policies, marketplace trends, competitors, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience in Amazon account management, marketplace management, e-commerce, or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Good understanding of Amazon Ads/PPC and marketplace analytics.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data-analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
