Job Description
About the Role
GSR Industries is looking for a creative and skilled Designer to support our architect in designing a shopping mall project. You will turn concepts into detailed 3D models, renders and presentation visuals, and work closely with the architect through every stage of the design.
It's a contractual role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the architect in developing mall layouts, façades, interiors and common areas
- Create accurate 3D models from sketches, concepts and 2D drawings
- Produce high-quality renders, walkthroughs and animations using Lumion and V-Ray
- Prepare drawings, presentations and visual material for client and internal reviews
- Incorporate design changes and feedback quickly
- Coordinate with the architect and project team to meet deadlines
Required Skills
- Proficiency in 3D software, especially Lumion and V-Ray
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit (3ds Max is a plus)
- Good knowledge of materials, lighting, textures and composition
- Basic knowledge of architectural drawings and design principles
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for post-processing is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
