Sales and Business Sourcing

1. Build and maintain relationships with e-rickshaw OEM dealers, sub-dealers and battery suppliers; visit tied-up dealers regularly and onboard new ones.
2. Explain loan features clearly to customers: loan amount, down payment, tenure, EMI frequency (daily / weekly / monthly), interest rate and all charges.
3. Collect complete KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, photos), bank statements and co-applicant / guarantor documents, and log the application on the mobile app / LOS within TAT.
4. Ensure vehicle delivery, RTO registration, hypothecation, insurance and NACH / UPI mandate are complete before disbursement.
5. Track competitor schemes and dealer pricing; share market feedback with the Branch Manager.

B. Field Verification

1. Conduct residence verification: confirm address, ownership (owned / rented), years of stay, family members, and neighbour references.
2. Conduct business / income verification: confirm the applicant drives or will drive the e-rickshaw, the route or stand, and daily earnings; for fleet owners, verify the number of vehicles operated.
3. Verify the co-applicant and guarantor at their residence, including their relationship to the applicant and repayment capacity.
4. Capture geo-tagged photos of the residence, applicant and documents on the app, and submit a clear, factual verification report.
5. Physically match original documents with copies and flag any mismatch, fake document, or suspected fraud to the credit team immediately.
6. Conduct post-disbursement verification: confirm the vehicle is delivered, registered, and in use by the borrower.

C. Collections

1. Collect EMIs from the assigned portfolio as per schedule; follow up on NACH / UPI bounces within 24–48 hours.
2. Manage early-bucket (0–30 DPD) and assigned 30–90 DPD cases through calls and field visits; negotiate payment commitments (PTPs) and follow through.
3. Issue system-generated receipts for every cash collection and deposit cash in the bank or branch on the same day as per policy.
4. Trace skip customers through references, dealers and local enquiries; escalate repossession cases to the Branch Manager as per company policy.
5. Update every visit and payment status in the collection app in real time.
6. Follow the RBI Fair Practices Code and the company's recovery code of conduct at all times: no harassment, abusive language or visits outside permitted hours (8 AM–7 PM).

D. Customer Service and Reporting

• Act as the single point of contact for customers in the territory: welcome calls, EMI reminders, NOC and closure support.
• Submit daily activity reports covering visits, logins, verifications and collections.
