Job Description
Assist plant head in overseeing daily production & raw material planning, dispatch etc. in factory of 120 employees.
Manage daily production and achieve targets.
Supervise manpower and shop-floor activities.
Ensure quality and timely production.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance & Stores.
Maintain production reports and minimize downtime.
