Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled and motivated EV Battery Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and test lithium-ion battery packs used in electric commercial vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring battery safety, optimal performance, and compliance with service standards.Diagnose and troubleshoot battery-related issues in electric vehicles.Perform battery pack assembly, disassembly, and module-level repairs.Conduct battery testing and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Ensure safe handling of high-voltage systems and lithium-ion batteries.Inspect battery components and identify faults or performance issues.Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures during servicing.Maintain accurate service records, technical reports, and repair documentation.Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.Education: Diploma, ITI, or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in EV servicing, battery maintenance, or lithium-ion battery repair.Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.
