Role:- Business Development Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential customers.
• Explain company services and offerings to customers.
• Generate leads through calls, messages, references and other channels.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain customer details and daily sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build good relationships with customers.
• Required Skills Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confidence in talking to new people.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow up with customers.
• Target-orientated and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
• Hindi communication skills; basic English is preferred.
• Preferred Skills: Lead generation.
• Customer relationship management.
• Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Previous experience in sales, telecalling or business development is an advantage.
