About xLegalxLegal is a growing legal and compliance services firm serving startups, SMEs, and businesses across India. Our services include Startup Registration, Trademark, ISO, IEC, Company Registration, Export-Import Support, and other business compliances.
We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to handle leads, convert prospects, and drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up with inbound and digital leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant services.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
- Maintain lead, follow-up, and conversion records digitally
- Achieve monthly sales marks.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth client handover.
- Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, BDE, or Telesales.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and closing skills.
- Experience in lead-based or service-based sales.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management tools.
