Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers for overdue and pending payments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries and negotiate payment commitments.
- Conduct field visits for recovery when required.
- Maintain accurate collection records and daily reports.
- Escalate long-pending or difficult cases to the reporting manager.
- Ensure professional and compliant collection practices.
