Prior loan/credit-card/EMI recovery experience

Experience with bank/NBFC/fintech collections

Knowledge of DPD, EMI, overdue, PTP (Promise to Pay) and collection processes

Strong convincing and objection-handling ability

Local-area knowledge can be an advantage.
