• Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare food as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
• Handle Prep, Order, Counter and Live Kitchen operations.
• Prepare and manage Italian cuisine, especially Pizza & Pasta.
• Maintain food quality, taste, presentation and consistency.
• Follow proper food hygiene, safety and kitchen standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Ensure proper mise en place and timely preparation of orders.
• Coordinate with other kitchen and service team members.
• Follow FIFO, food storage and wastage-control practices.
• Support other kitchen sections as required.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Italian cuisine, Pizza and Pasta.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery café environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions and portion standards.
• Willingness to learn and handle multiple kitchen sections.
• Experience Prior experience in a bakery café, café, restaurant or QSR kitchen
