Responsibilities of candidates include: Making invoices in Tally ERP9 Making Quotation in word/Excel Working on customer platform and close customers complaint Submission of Invoices to customer through mail /Desired mode Taking customer complaints /queries and giving proper reply through management guidance Should be well mannered Willing to do office work like cheque submission, stationary management etc Should be well mannered and should maintain data secrecy In case of urgency going to customer end. Willing to learn Should be able to keep work upto date
