Job Description

  • Prepare detailed Credit Appraisal Memorandums (CAMs) for companies based on their financial and business information.
  • Analyse company Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Evaluate the company's financial performance, profitability, liquidity, leverage, and debt-servicing capacity.
  • Calculate and analyse key financial ratios including DSCR, Debt-Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Interest Coverage Ratio, EBITDA margins, and profitability ratios.
  • Analyse existing debt, repayment obligations, working capital requirements, and overall financial position.
  • Review company and promoter-related information relevant to the credit assessment.
  • Assess the company's business model, industry, financial performance, and creditworthiness.
  • Identify key credit risks, financial concerns, and red flags while preparing the CAM.
  • Prepare financial projections and conduct relevant financial analysis as required.
  • Ensure all information presented in the CAM is accurate, properly supported, and clearly documented.
  • Structure CAMs in a professional format suitable for review by senior management, lenders, banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
  • Coordinate with the relevant team to obtain missing financial information or clarification required for CAM preparation.
  • Ensure CAMs are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
