Job DescriptionAslivibe CRM is hiring CRM Sales & Support Executives to enroll new businesses, explain our CRM services, convert leads into customers, assist with CRM onboarding, and provide ongoing customer support.

The role is suitable for candidates interested in software sales, customer support, telecalling, lead conversion, and CRM services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact businesses and explain Aslivibe CRM services
• Enroll new customers for CRM solutions
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and CRM
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CRM solutions
• Explain CRM features, plans and benefits
• Convert interested leads into paid CRM customers
• Assist customers with CRM registration and onboarding
• Coordinate CRM setup and customization requirements
• Provide basic CRM support to existing customers
• Help customers understand features and usage
• Follow up with customers for renewals and additional services
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM
• Coordinate with technical/support teams for issue resolution
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Achieve daily and monthly enrollment and sales targets

• Experience in Telecalling, BPO, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, CRM Sales, Customer Support or Business Development will be an advantage
