Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused FI Executives to join our Financial Inclusion (FI) team. The role involves a combination of customer support and sales activities, with a focus on supporting and onboarding Business Correspondent (BC) retailers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales – BC (Business Correspondent) ID

Promote and sell BC IDs to existing as well as new retailers.

Connect with prospective retailers and explain the benefits and requirements of BC services.

Follow up with leads/data provided by the team and work towards achieving assigned targets.

Maintain regular communication with retailers and support them through the onboarding process.

Customer Support

Provide customer/retailer support through WhatsApp and voice-based communication.

Handle technical and operational queries related to banking implementations and services.

Understand customer/retailer concerns and coordinate with the relevant team for timely resolution.

Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach while handling queries.

Required Skills

Good Hindi and English communication skills.

Prior experience in customer support, telesales, telecalling, or sales will be preferred.

Basic to working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Candidates should have a willingness to learn and adapt to financial/banking products.

Training & Selection Process

3 Days Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Mock Test is mandatory as part of the selection/training process.

Proper product and process training will be provided to candidates.

Candidate Profile

Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates with experience in customer support, sales, telecalling, banking, FinTech, BC, or financial services will be preferred.
