- Position: Customer Support Executive
- Work Mode: 100% Work From Home (WFH)
- Salary Package: ₹22,000 to ₹26,000 Per Month + Attractive Bonuses
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
- Working Hours: 8 Hours (Includes 1 Hour Lunch / Break Time)
- Working Days: 6 Days a week (4 Weekly Offs in a month)
About the Role:
- Lakshya Private Limited mein hum apne valued customers ko behtareen sahayta (support) dene ke liye dynamic aur energetic Customer Support Executives ki talash mein hain. Yeh ek pure customer service aur support ka role hai jisme aapko ghar baithe company ke customers ke queries aur issues ko handle karna hoga.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incoming customer calls, chats, ya emails ko professionally attend karna.
- Customers ki queries aur problems ko dhyan se sunkar unka sahi aur jaldi samadhan (solution) dena.
- Company ke standards ke mutabiq ek accha customer experience maintain karna.
- Customer details aur interaction ka record system mein properly update karna.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Basic communication skills (Hindi aur basic English aani chahiye).
- Mobile phone / Laptop aur stable internet connection (Work from home ke liye).
- Freshers aur Experienced dono candidates apply kar sakte hain.
