Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through chat.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable assistance.
- Answer customer questions clearly and professionally.
- Guide customers through the available services.
- Help customers complete their requests smoothly.
- Maintain a positive and helpful customer experience.
- Handle one customer interaction at a time and move on to the next request after completion.
Requirements:
- Good written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable communicating with customers through chat.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Responsible and consistent with work.
