Job Description
Hiring: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)Company: Planwey Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
Industry: Electric Vehicle (EV) Service Workshop
Location: Mohan Estate / Gurugram / Ghazipur
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, queries, and service requests.
- Coordinate with customers for vehicle servicing and delivery.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on service status.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop technicians.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service experience.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
