Customer Relations Executive

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer relationships, handle queries, coordinate orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The candidate will regularly communicate with salon owners, sales teams, and internal departments to resolve customer requirements and maintain strong relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and queries professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and product requirements.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, and Technical teams for customer requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
• Take regular feedback from customers and share insights with the management.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
• Support the sales team in customer communication and lead follow-ups.
• Prepare daily/weekly customer follow-up reports.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Sales Coordination.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle customers professionally.
• Experience in salon, beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or professional hair-care industry will be an advantage.
