Job Description

Customer Relations & Order Fulfillment Officer

Experience: 1–3 Years (E-commerce preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries across WhatsApp/Instagram/Calls.
  • Process orders, verify payments, and update order details.
  • Coordinate dispatch with courier partners and ensure timely pickups.
  • Share tracking details, follow up on delayed orders, and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
  • Experience in customer service/order processing is a plus.
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Familiarity with courier portals is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
