Job Description

  • Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, email, chat, or other support channels.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Troubleshoot basic service-related issues and guide customers through the resolution process.
  • Maintain a professional, polite, and empathetic approach during customer interactions.
  • Record and update customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the CRM/support system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved within defined timelines.
  • Maintain knowledge of the company's products, services, processes, and policies.
  • Meet defined SLA, quality, productivity, CSAT, and resolution targets.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the relevant teams to improve customer experience.
