Job Description

India Trade Port is looking for a Customer Support Executive who can communicate effectively with customers, understand their business requirements, and help connect the right buyers and suppliers on our platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Talk to customers and understand their concerns, requirements, and business needs.
  • Provide timely and professional solutions to customer queries.
  • Find suitable buyers for clients based on their products and requirements.
  • Connect suppliers with relevant buyers and facilitate business communication.
  • Follow up regularly with both buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth business interactions.
  • Send professional emails, messages, and business communications.
  • Assist customers throughout the business process and provide necessary support.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers, buyers, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
