जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन – कटिंग मास्टरपद: कटिंग मास्टर (Cutting Master)
विभाग: कटिंग / प्रोडक्शन
उद्योग: स्कूल यूनिफॉर्म एवं होजरी गारमेंट मैन्युफैक्चरिंग
- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:स्कूल यूनिफॉर्म के विभिन्न गारमेंट्स जैसे** टी-शर्ट, ट्रैक पैंट, ट्रैकसूट, स्वेटशर्ट एवं अन्य होजरी आइटम्स** की कटिंग करना।
- दिए गए साइज चार्ट, पैटर्न और डिजाइन के अनुसार कपड़े की सही मार्किंग एवं कटिंग सुनिश्चित करना।
- कपड़े की फैब्रिक क्वालिटी, चौड़ाई, स्ट्रेच, GSM एवं दिशा (grain) की जांच करके कटिंग की योजना बनाना।
- Fabric wastage कम से कम रखते हुए maximum fabric utilization सुनिश्चित करना।
- सभी साइजों की lay planning, marker planning और layering सही तरीके से करवाना।
- कटिंग से पहले पैटर्न, साइज और मात्रा को अच्छी तरह चेक करना।
- कटिंग के बाद सभी पार्ट्स को साइज, कलर, डिजाइन और ऑर्डर के अनुसार अलग-अलग बंडल करना।
- कटिंग में होने वाली गलतियों जैसे measurement error, uneven cutting, size mixing या panel mismatch को रोकना।
- प्रोडक्शन टीम के साथ समन्वय करके समय पर कटिंग मटेरियल उपलब्ध करवाना।
- नए डिजाइन या सैंपल के अनुसार पैटर्न और कटिंग में आवश्यक बदलाव करना।
- कटिंग मशीन एवं अन्य उपकरणों का सुरक्षित एवं सही उपयोग सुनिश्चित करना।
- कटिंग सेक्शन में quality, accuracy और production targets बनाए रखना।
- आवश्यकता के अनुसार कटिंग हेल्पर्स/स्टाफ को काम बांटना और उनकी निगरानी करना।
- बचे हुए कपड़े एवं कटिंग वेस्ट का उचित रिकॉर्ड और उपयोग सुनिश्चित करना।
- आवश्यक योग्यता एवं अनुभव:स्कूल यूनिफॉर्म / होजरी / गारमेंट मैन्युफैक्चरिंग में कटिंग मास्टर के रूप में 3–5 वर्ष या अधिक का अनुभव।
- Hosiery और knitted fabrics की अच्छी समझ।
- विभिन्न साइज और पैटर्न की कटिंग का व्यावहारिक अनुभव।
- Fabric consumption एवं wastage control की अच्छी जानकारी।
- Measurement एवं size chart को समझने की क्षमता।
- टीम को संभालने और production deadline के अनुसार काम पूरा करने की क्षमता।
- काम में accuracy, speed और quality consciousness होना आवश्यक।
